Bronc Cycling Team

Attention Bronc Cycling Team Fans and Members! BCT will be hosting a Food Drive Thanksgiving Social Ride during the month of November! Meet us with your bike, helmet, lights/reflectors front and rear Wednesday November 16th, at 6 P.M.! We’ll have a box set up for your canned good donation! We will be meeting at the Northern side of the Student Union on the UTPA campus, come join us!

We will be having the first social ride of the year next Wednesday (Sep 28) so make sure to make plans to attend! It’s going to be a nice enjoyable ride so we can get to meet everyone and talk a little bit more since I know we didn’t have enough time to get to know everyone at the meeting. It’s going to be at 6:00 P.M., meeting on the north side of the Student Union on campus!

Join us and other riders from the cycling community as we ride across the Rio Grande Valley with a simple message: to share the road!

Join us for our first meeting of the spring semester next Tuesday, the 22nd! We will be discussing many topics including our first race on Feb 26th and 27th, and upcoming social rides! LOCATION: Education Complex 2.504, from 12:00 to 12:30!

Put on your Halloween Costume and meet us at the UTPA Quad-S behind the Student Union #4 on the UTPA Campus Map (located at http://www.utpa.edu/maps/campusmap.pdf )

Please wear a helmet and add a front and back light to your bike to increase visibility on the road. Hope to see you there!

The social ride was awesome! Folks had a blast riding around town discovering the sights and sounds in the cool Fall weather. There is already talk of next month’s social ride which will take place around Halloween, and will feature a new route around town. Folks are definitely welcome to ride the bikes in their costumes.
